A lonely woman waits. She waits for someone to come and visit her. But no one comes, and so Mrs. Scarlett, playing with what she wears and the few objects that surround her tries to tell her story made up of little houses, sweet-smelling cakes, paths in the woods and a wolf, who always comes to disrupt the order of things. A red ribbon would be needed to reknit the memory. Who is Mrs. Rossetta? Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother or Little Red Riding Hood herself? Is she the mother or the wolf? Mrs. Scarlett does not remember. The memory holes that haunt her give rise to new stories that, keeping her tied to the present in the play, tell about her life.
English version
A lonely woman waits. Waits for someone to come and see her. But no one arrives and so Mrs. Rossetta, playing with what she is wearing and with the few objects that surround her, tries to tell her story made up of small houses, perfumed sweets, paths in the woods and a wolf, which always comes to mess up the order of things. A red ribbon would be needed to re-tie the memory. Who is Mrs. Rossetta? Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother or Little Red Riding Hood herself? Is it the mother or the wolf? Mrs. Scarlett doesn't remember. The memory holes that haunt her give birth to new stories which, keeping her tied to the present in the game, tell of her life.
