Locked up in Baracca's fortress is a mysterious prisoner, watched on sight by the twin Blacho twins, shady figures in the pay of the ruthless Snakebraid. No one is allowed to approach or speak to him, and to hide his identity he is forced to wear an iron mask that he can never remove. What his guilt is or why he is there is not known. He is thought to be an important character because he is served by a cook, cared for by a doctor and a barber who, however, cannot speak to him but whose job it is to keep him alive. Guardians led by Serpent's Braid are tasked with preventing him from escaping, but a handful of musketeers, Athos, Porthos and Aramis, led by the valiant D'Artagnan set out to free the unfortunate man. Fighting, intrigue, plotting, all take place in the setting of Baracca, and the story will have a surprising denouement that will surprise the musketeers themselves in a crackling finale!
Vladimiro Strinati. Graduated from Bologna with a degree in Pedagogy with a thesis on the History of Children's Literature, in 1992 he made his stage debut with the Diotti-Strinati Company, producing several shows on the figures of storytellers.
