Meneghino and Brighella counsellors of love
Aldrighi Puppets
by and with Valerio Saccà
Giacometto, a penniless young writer, in order to win Rosabella, follows the advice of the servant Brighella finding himself embroiled in a terrible kidnapping. A kidnapping carried out by two brigands, Tagliacarne, Spezzaferro and their trusty wolf Pulcioso. Frightened by the fact he has no choice but to ask for the help of the audience and Meneghino. But with Brighella on stage and Meneghino to the rescue, the surprises never end and Meneghino, once again, will bring a happy ending to the sound of "Pettinate." A comedy with a nineteenth-century flavor, made up of long-suffering love, intrigue and brigandish caves, for a classic and timeless Spectacle.
