Diciotto folli minuti per raccontare le battute d’arresto di un burattino in via di realizzazione che tempera in qualche modo la fine di se stesso. Diciotto minuti durante i quali il personaggio dovrà lottare con gli elementi, la materia, gli oggetti e talvolta anche con i suoi manipolatori che non esiterà a tiranneggiare.\nIl Tof Théâtre nasce nel 1987 su iniziativa di Alain Moreau e in occasione dello spettacolo “Le Tour du Bloc”, spettacolo con più di 500 rappresentazioni in tutto il mondo. La compagnia si abituerà presto a viaggiare, visitando tredici paesi soltanto con questo primo spettacolo. Sempre al centro degli spettacoli sono le figure, dai 5 centimetri ai 5 metri di altezza, a volte sono rivolti solo agli adulti, altre volte ai bambini e spesso entrambi insieme. Seguace del “realismo ridotto”, il Tof stravolge le tradizionali tecniche di manipolazione e propone il burattinaio allo sguardo dello spettatore mediante la manipolazione a vista.\nEnglish version\nA short crazy show, a sort of preamble after which we invite children and adults to seriously tinker with the puppets together with us. Eighteen crazy minutes to tell the setbacks of a puppet in the making that somehow tempers the end of himself. Eighteen minutes during which the character will have to struggle with the elements, matter, objects and sometimes even with his manipulators that he will not hesitate to bully.\nThe Tof Théâtre was born in 1987 on the initiative of Alain Moreau and on the occasion of the show “Le Tour du Bloc”, a show with more than 500 performances all over the world.
